Installation Service Policy

At DashCam Pros, we take pride in providing professional dashcam installation services. Due to the labor and time involved, installation fees are non-refundable once the service has been completed.

Dashcam Warranty Claims

Dashcams are covered by the manufacturer's warranty, not DashCam Pros. If your dashcam has a defect or stops working, please contact the manufacturer to initiate a warranty claim.

We are happy to assist you with reinstallation at a discounted service rate if you receive a replacement unit through the manufacturer’s warranty. Please contact us for details on our reinstallation pricing.

Refund & Return Policy

At DashCam Pros, we offer both dashcam sales and installation services. Customers can choose from different dashcam options based on their needs, such as:

  • Front-only recording

  • Front and rear (inside cabin) recording

  • Front, rear (inside cabin) and rear exterior recording

Once a dashcam is selected and installed, we cannot offer refunds or returns, as the installation process involves extensive wiring and labor.

If there is an issue with the dashcam itself, you may file a warranty claim with the manufacturer. We are happy to assist with reinstallation at a discounted rate if you receive a replacement unit. Keep in mind, in most cases, only the dashcam's head unit needs to be replaced and would not require our services. We will be happy to guide you through the process if further help is needed.

Exceptions

If an installation issue occurs due to an error on our part, we will rectify the problem at no additional cost. However, issues related to user error, product defects, or third-party modifications are not covered.
